1.0 Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the SYND Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the technical and legal requirements outlined herein, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform's data streams.

2.0 No-Advice Policy

All data points including, but not limited to, the SYND Prism Score, Deal Grader Readouts, and Liquidity Delta analytics are algorithmic estimates based on historical market behavior. They do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any physical or digital asset.

3.0 User Obligations

As a terminal user, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during the beta waitlist process.
Refrain from reverse-engineering the SYND Prism algorithm.
Avoid using automated scrapers to extract market data from the terminal.

4.0 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke terminal access and "SYND Reserve" privileges for users found in violation of these protocols or engaged in market manipulation tactics.
