What is the "SYND Prism" score?
The SYND Prism is an algorithmic health score that evaluates five core market vectors: Liquidity, Volatility, Floor Strength, Spread, and Momentum. It translates complex market noise into a single, actionable rating from 0–100. A higher Prism score indicates a healthier, more liquid market for that asset.
What is the Deal Grader?
The Deal Grader is a real-time evaluation engine that analyzes a listed asset against current market conditions — factoring in floor price, recent sales velocity, and bid-ask spread — to determine whether a listing represents a good, fair, or overpriced entry point. It grades every listing instantly so you never overpay.
What is The Vault?
The Vault is your private portfolio tracking module within the SYND Terminal. Log your assets, cost basis, and acquisition dates. The terminal calculates your real-time P&L, unrealized gains, and ROI against live market data — all encrypted and never shared with anyone.
How do I secure my spot in the Phase 2 Beta?
Phase 2 access is rolling out based on waitlist position. Register your email at

Is my portfolio data truly private?
Yes. All cost-basis and asset inventory data within The Vault is encrypted at rest and in transit using enterprise-grade TLS/SSL. SYND calculates your personal P&L locally and does not broadcast, sell, or share your private collection details with any third party, ever.
What assets does the terminal support?
Currently, the SYND terminal is optimized for Pokémon. Expansion into additional asset classes — including Magic: The Gathering, Weiss Schwarz, sports cards, and rare collectibles — is scheduled for Phase 3.
How does pricing work?
SYND offers a monthly plan and a discounted annual plan. Beta waitlist members may receive complimentary or reduced-rate access during the early access period. Full pricing details are listed on the
homepage. All plans auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle with no penalty. Annual subscribers can cancel within 7 days of their billing date for a full refund. After that window, annual plans remain active until the end of the billing period. To cancel, contact

How accurate is the market data?
SYND aggregates data from multiple marketplace sources to provide real-time pricing, floor estimates, and liquidity scoring. While we strive for the highest accuracy, all data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial advice or used as the sole basis for any investment decision.
How do vendor storefronts work?
SYND+ subscribers get access to Vendor Mode, which lets you create a public storefront at synd.pro/vendor/[handle]. Storefronts display your live inventory with pricing, condition grades, and SYND Prism scores for each listing. No application needed — just subscribe to SYND+ to activate your storefront.
