Terms of Service

1.0 Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the SYND Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the technical and legal requirements outlined herein, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform's data streams. These terms apply to all users including those on the beta waitlist, active subscribers, and vendor storefront operators.

2.0 No-Advice Policy

All data points including, but not limited to, the SYND Prism Score, Deal Grader Readouts, and Liquidity Delta analytics are algorithmic estimates based on historical market behavior. They do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any physical or digital asset. SYND Intelligence Terminal LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Any decisions made based on terminal data are made solely at your own risk.

3.0 Subscription & Billing

Access to the SYND Terminal is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the applicable rate. The following billing terms apply:

• Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate. Non-refundable after the first 7 days from the billing date.
• Beta Access: Waitlist members granted early access may receive complimentary or discounted access for a defined trial period, after which standard rates apply.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, terminal access will be suspended after a 3-day grace period. Reactivation requires resolution of the outstanding balance.

All prices are listed in USD. SYND reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4.0 Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring models, brand assets, UI components, and data visualizations within the SYND Terminal are the exclusive intellectual property of SYND Intelligence Terminal LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the terminal for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute terminal data or outputs without written authorization.
• Use SYND branding, logos, or design systems in any external publication without explicit permission.
• Train machine learning models or AI systems using data extracted from the terminal.

5.0 User Obligations

As a terminal user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the beta waitlist and account registration process.
• Refrain from reverse-engineering the SYND Prism algorithm or any proprietary scoring system.
• Avoid using automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract market data from the terminal.
• Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access to your session.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the platform.

6.0 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYND Intelligence Terminal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the terminal. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from investment decisions made based on terminal data, service outages, or data inaccuracies. Our total aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for terminal access in the preceding 30 days.

7.0 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke terminal access and "SYND Reserve" privileges for users found in violation of these protocols, engaged in market manipulation tactics, or acting in a manner harmful to the integrity of the SYND ecosystem. Upon termination, your access to The Vault and all stored portfolio data will be suspended. You may request an export of your personal data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.

8.0 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9.0 Modifications to Terms

SYND reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the terminal following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
